Handling stress
Recognise your stress response. Practise staying calm, setting boundaries and asking for help when facing workload, tension or aggression.
Team training for healthcare professionals
Heavy workloads. Stress. Aggression. Learn to stay calm, communicate clearly
and trust each other when the pressure rises.
Workload, stress and resilience
A busy shift. An absent colleague. A conversation that escalates. How do you stay calm and connected? Commandos train to maintain perspective, communicate clearly and act together under pressure. We translate that experience into your healthcare practice.
Team Wit is our one-day team training for healthcare professionals, developed with surgeon Dr Robert Jan Kroeze and experienced special forces medics. Guided by former commandos, you practise managing stress, setting boundaries and making decisions together. In a safe learning environment that respects your limits.

Team Wit · One day of training together

01 · Morning
Recognise your stress response. Practise staying calm, setting boundaries and asking for help when facing workload, tension or aggression.
02 · A special forces perspective
Former special forces operators share their experience under extreme pressure. How do you maintain an overview, assign roles and keep trusting each other?
03 · Afternoon
Face medical and ethical dilemmas, time pressure and disrupted communication together. Our trainers guide you in a safe learning environment.
04 · Reflect together
How did pressure affect you? Reflect together: what worked and what could change? Learn how to learn from each other after a difficult shift, too.
What you’ll work on
Ask for help, share concerns and listen to each other. Even when time is short or your roles differ.
Keep an overview, share roles and take initiative. Know what you do and when you rely on someone else.
Recognise stress, set boundaries and stay calm. Find support together and learn from difficult moments.

Discuss your resilienceGreen On in practice
Drs. Marike Dohmen, co-founder of Nassau420, applied special forces principles in her role as a director at a large multinational. She was inspired by the bestseller Green On, about Common Sense Leadership. Nassau420 also works by these principles: trust, autonomy and responsibility.
