Read our storyTwo worlds.
One mission.
Nassau420 brings entrepreneurial innovators and experienced special forces together. A team combining strategic thinking with experience of operating under pressure. Together, we strengthen the resilience of people, teams and organisations.
New capabilities.
Tested in practice.
Innovation & entrepreneurship
Technological advantage and decisive action do not come from meeting rooms alone.
Operational experience
In practice, what matters is whether a solution keeps working when conditions change.
Where civilian ingenuity meets military practice, we can explore and apply new possibilities. With attention to both the technology and the people who use it.
From insight
to action.
For businesses and healthcare teams, we bring leadership and teamwork under pressure to life. For military units, we create realistic exercises with new technology and an adaptive opposing force. You learn through first-hand experience.
From idea
into practice.
At our own Forward Operating Base we are creating the Nassau X-Lab. There, units can experiment more widely with new technology without having to procure it themselves.
