What we built

A physical and a digital layer.
In one training platform.

The theatre of war has shifted into the middle of society: a hybrid fight with drones, cyber and AI. On critical infrastructure, data centres and in rugged or even arctic terrain. Training for that, true to life, was not possible.

So we built this environment ourselves: the Future of War training platform. Our physical training locations bundled with a digital layer of simulation, drones and AI. To train for tomorrow's war.

The physical layer

25+ training locations

Real locations in the Nijmegen region and, for specific purposes, abroad. Power plants, data centres, hospitals, rugged terrain and urban areas. Here you train true to life, in the middle of society.

3D Battlefield

A digital combat environment we built ourselves. With AI agents, virtual and augmented reality we simulate training and behaviour. So you rehearse scenarios and actions before you go live, and push reality just a little further.

With an AI agent as colleague.

Nassau-X consists of four components you can deploy in training. Including our own Forward Operating Base in Nijmegen and the FutureLab for the latest innovations. Visuals are AI-generated for OPSEC reasons. Real operations stay off-camera.

Together with European tech partners we are developing Nomad: agentic AI that thinks along and supports mission planning and operations, so commanders decide more sharply.

Our own unit as opposing force: operators from the toughest units, drone pilots, cyber and AI specialists. A thinking adversary, not a static target.
